Yoga is very adaptable no matter what your level of experience, fitness or mobility. Some situations might benefit more from a one-to-one approach rather than a group class (unless it is a very small group). I apply the tools and techniques of yoga to suit your situation and have worked across the health spectrum from Olympic athletes to those with limited mobility and multiple health issues.
I also teach appropriately adapted yoga during pregnancy and offer yoga therapy, working with individuals to help a wide range of health issues. I mentor other yoga teachers to support them in their yoga teaching and regularly lead yoga workshops and teach at yoga conferences. Here is what some of my students say about my classes: "I feel stronger after classes physically and mentally and for days afterwards." "Brilliant classes, essential weekly de-stress." "You're a great teacher and I've found I finally understand about the breath now" |
