Yoga practiced regularly at home can bring you the benefits of improved health, strength, energy and calmness, along with personal development, and can be tailored to fit into our busy lives.
Many people want to start a home yoga practice but are unsure where to start, may not feel confident in knowing what to do, can't remember what they did in class, or won't know if they are doing it 'right'.
This workshop will help you understand the essentials of home yoga practice, guidelines of where to start, and some expert guidance to get you on your way confidently.
This accessible 3-hour workshop will introduce useful home yoga practice handouts which we will discuss and practice. These include yoga postures and breathing techniques to get you started practicing at home. Home yoga practice can be adapted to suit your level of fitness, experience, needs and interests which will be covered during the workshop. It will provide a framework for establishing your own practice.
An enjoyable afternoon session in a small group, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions answered. Refreshments and break provided during the afternoon. All welcome including complete beginners. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Feel free to get in touch if your not sure if this is suitable for you.
