Yoga for Over 50s
Join us for our new yoga class, Tuesdays at 11:15am- 12:15pm. A class suitable for all levels of fitness and health with Clara Lemon. Come along, book a place or feel free to get in touch to find out if this class is for you.

FREE yoga classes
Join us for FREE yoga classes - simply drop-in and enjoy a range of teachers and styles with time to chat with the teachers and enjoy refreshments.
Free classes are being held at 11:45am, 1:00pm, 2:15pm and 3:30pm and are open to all levels including beginners. Whether you are new to yoga, looking to restart or already come regularly, all are welcome to join in. Mats provided free for you to use. Tell your friends!

2 Where a class says it is 'drop-in' you can simply turn up, no need to book.
