Are your nerves frayed or are you feeling depleted from
negotiating the busy stresses of everyday life? Then this is a wonderful
pre-Christmas gift to yourself or a friend. Take some important time out to nourish and ground yourself, and give yourself the opportunity
to fully enjoy this holiday season with a calm mind and joyful spirit.
This workshop is designed to smooth the rough edges of the body, mind, and
spirit. We will be working to release pent up tension and cultivate an inner
experience of stability and essential, calm energy. We will explore yoga techniques which can help you develop a stable mind and
body, and reconnect with yourself. We will use yoga postures, breathing
techniques, relaxation and meditation techniques to help restore and renew
yourself during this busy time.
Handouts on the techniques will be available to take home, including a short
home practice suggestion. All equipment is available at the studio and
refreshments will be provided mid-afternoon.
Please wear comfortable clothes to
allow you to move and sit comfortably. All welcome including complete beginners.
