Start with 12 minutes a day designed to support more ease and comfort in body and mind, more resilience to stress, better sleep and more besides.
This yoga challenge is about getting on your mat everyday and connecting with your body, breath and mind. Get the habit going, start small, find a space and time that you can make each day, and just do it.
