She has been teaching yoga classes in Bristol since 2009. Her classes are inspired by Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Viniyoga & Forrest yoga and influenced by Tai Chi. Using classic Hatha yoga poses, through the lens of breath-time movements and there is a dynamic aspect to the practice. All levels and abilities are welcome. Practice is underpinned by the principle of working step-by-step intelligently so that we can work at a pace that is right for each person. |
