With monthly guidance, the practices will be adapted to you. As the 6-month program develops gain personal suggestions for you based on feedback that you send in each month. After the 6-month journey, you can continue at home on your own, or further your home yoga with mentorship or 121 support. |

The program & methodHome practice is different from a group class. It is more frequent, it becomes more intimate, familiar and integrated into your life, and it develops in its effectiveness as your practice becomes more established.
This course will give you a good foundation in sustainable home yoga practice. Understand essential poses and breath, what to focus on, and how to stay on track. Use as a stand-alone course or complement your regular yoga class. Commit to yoga practiceEach month you are sent two progressive yoga practices, one shorter, one slightly longer. Practice as close to daily as possible, track your progress, and practice the routines for the month. The familiarity of repeating your practice each day is part of the method.
Report backEach month reflect on your practice and send in your feedback for guidance and adaptations to progress you each month.
What does the practice feel like? What do you enjoy or struggle with? How is your breath? All these cues help orientate your next month's practice and the mentoring helps to develop your independence at home. Daily practiceThere are of course the wonderful health benefits, physical and mental, that initially keep us coming back regularly. But more than that, a home yoga practice once established, offers us our very own daily sanctuary.
