Restorative Yoga is a calming practice that invites you to slow down, settle, and replenish both body and mind. You’ll be guided into gentle, fully supported postures held for several minutes at a time. Using props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, the body and nervous system are encouraged to soften, release, and rest. Guided meditation and mindfulness practices further support a sense of ease, presence, and reconnection with yourself. All levels welcome.
