A weekend of wonderful yoga, walks around the beautiful countryside in a peaceful riverside farmhouse setting with wonderful birdsong and a return to nature. Delicious vegetarian food, great company, and a chance to fully recharge and feel inspired.

More than a break, a chance to step aside from everyday life and reconnect to all the good things life has to offer. A weekend of restoration and deeper insights into your practice and yourself.
