Chair Yoga with Sarah offers gentle stretches and movement using body, mind and breath. There is always plenty you can do and we’ll find the right starting point in this inclusive and adaptive class.
You can expect to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, focus and resilience and have a great time. There may be some standing options for those who want to try as you gain strength and stability too. There is time for a cuppa after class for those who want to. Sarah will understand any physical restrictions and other concerns and help you get the most from each class. Please arrive early to your first class so we can go through a brief health assessment. |
