All of our classes are suitable for everyone, no matter what your level of fitness and mobility, experience or shape. Beginners check here >
If the class timetable says "drop-in" simply turn up and pay on the day. A few term-only classes ask you to get in touch first to book your space.
You can drop-in to most classes at any point during the term. Simply make sure 'drop-in' is indicated in the class details.

Need to miss a class
but booked for a term?
Some classes can be made up in other class times and with other teachers during the same term to help you get all your classes in. We hope this helps you keep up your practice and enjoy the classes.
You are able to take up to 2 classes with another teacher by prior arrangement in any term (space permitting, please bear with us as some classes are fully booked). Please provide at least 24 hours notice to your teacher that you can't make the class so that the space may be offered to another student and confirm with the replacement class that there is a free space.
