One to one yoga classes to design and develop your own home practice. The most beneficial and cost-effective way to regularly practice yoga. A custom yoga practice is designed and taught to you over a series of a few lessons.

Getting started with personal Yoga and Pilates
A) Starting with an initial free 30 minute consultation at YogaSpace, this is an opportunity to meet the teacher, understand what Yoga or Pilates has to offer you and discuss your aims and health background.
B) A bespoke and enjoyable Yoga or Pilates practice and programme of lessons will be designed and effectively taught to you over several weeks or months.
C) Over a series of lessons, you'll feel confident that you are practicing Yoga or Pilates effectively and should start feeling the benefits.

Yoga and yoga therapy can be particularly helpful in a wide-range of situations and improving our sense of well-being, including:

Frequency of lessons for yoga therapy and personal practice
Yoga therapy usually involves meeting the students every 2 or 3 weeks at first, usually for 4 to 6 sessions initially. This is variable depending on the students needs. Some students come less frequently on an ongoing basis to review and refine their practice and ensure progress is being made.
Fees
Fees for individual Yoga or Pilates lessons and Yoga Therapy
£40 per hour (for five or more yoga sessions prepaid) - £25 discount
£45 per hour (for one-off lessons)
Fees for private group classes
You are very welcome to suggest a class time if you have a group who are interested in having a custom class or class time. Prices start from £40 per hour depending on the number of classes and the number attending.
Yoga class and Pilates class cancellations
Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy with a 50% charge
for appointments not cancelled with sufficient notice.
