More about pregnancy yoga
Pregnancy yoga is adapted to safely provide appropriate stretching, strengthening, breathing, relaxation and also support through the various stages of pregnancy. It is wonderful for preparing you for birth both physically and psychologically, and can support a more rapid post-natal recovery.
Who can come?
Newcomers to yoga classes and experienced yoga practitioners are very welcome to begin yoga classes. Group classes are kept small to allow individual attention and safe practice during your stages of pregnancy. From 14 weeks right through to your due date, you'll find yoga a helpful support.
If you have any health issues or complications, then a private pregnancy yoga lesson is suggested for those with complications before joining the group class to provide an introduction to safely practicing pregnancy yoga.
See our pregnancy yoga guidelines here for more top tips during your pregnancy.
