More about pregnancy yoga
Pregnancy / prenatal yoga is adapted to safely provide appropriate stretching, strengthening, breathing, relaxation and also support through the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
It is wonderful for preparing you for birth both physically and psychologically, and can support a more rapid post-natal recovery.
Who can come?
Newcomers and beginners to yoga classes and experienced yoga practitioners are all very welcome to begin yoga classes from 14 weeks right through to your due date. You'll find yoga a helpful and enjoyable support and the specialist classes are a great chance to meet new mums.
If you have any health issues or complications, then a private pregnancy yoga lesson is recommended with Viv before joining the group class to provide an introduction to safely practicing pregnancy yoga.
