​Starting from the first week in January, jumpstart your home yoga practice with this 30-day programme. Throughout January there will be a new weekly video to do at home. Discover the pleasure of a simple, easy, familiar home practice that will become yours over the weeks.

Start with 10 minutes a day designed to support more ease and comfort in body and mind, more resilience to stress, better sleep and more besides. 

This 30-day challenge is about getting on your mat everyday and connecting with your body. Get the habit going, start small, find a space and time that you can make each day, and just do it.

Let go of those expectations about achieving grand poses or resolving long-standing hip pain etc. These things might happen and improve along the way, but discover how a refreshingly simple, daily practice can improve how much better you feel.
