It's easy to get started

All our classes are suitable for every one, no matter your fitness, mobility, experience or shape. Beginners check here >
If the class timetable says "drop-in" simply turn up and pay on the day. Some term-only classes ask you to get in touch first to book your space.
You can drop-in to most classes at any point during the term. Simply make sure 'drop-in' is indicated in the class details.

Some term lengths are specified differently in the class listings. Missed classes can be made up in other classes during the term (up to 2 each term).

Missed a yoga class?
If you booked for the term and need to miss a class or two, many of our classes can be made up during the term at a different time or with a different teacher. We hope this helps you keep up your yoga practice. Here's how:
You are able to take up to 2 classes with another teacher by prior arrangement in any term (space permitting, please bear with us as some classes are fully booked). Please provide at least 24 hours notice to your primary teacher that you can't make the class so that the space may be offered to another student. We will then confirm with the replacement class that there is a free space and let you know.
