Pregnancy yoga is adapted to safely provide appropriate stretching, strengthening, breathing, relaxation and also support through the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
It is wonderful for preparing you for birth both physically and psychologically, and can support a more rapid post-natal recovery.
Everyone is welcome
Newcomers and beginners to yoga classes and experienced yoga practitioners are all very welcome to begin yoga classes from 12+ weeks right through to your due date.
You'll find yoga a helpful and enjoyable and a great chance to meet other new mums-to-be.
If you have serious health issues or complications, then a 1:1 yoga session is recommended before joining the group class to provide an introduction to safely practicing pregnancy yoga.
