​Enjoy gentle stretches and postures, breathing and meeting other new mums. 
Pre-crawling babies welcome.

Optional cuppa, biscuits and a chat afterwards too until about 3pm
Suitable for 6+ weeks after birth, or 8+ weeks after C-Section depending on how you feel and advice offered by your health-care provider. 

More about pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga is adapted to safely provide appropriate stretching, strengthening, breathing, relaxation and also support through the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

​It is wonderful for preparing you for birth both physically and psychologically, and can support a more rapid post-natal recovery. 


Everyone is welcome
Newcomers and beginners to yoga classes and experienced yoga practitioners are all very welcome to begin yoga classes from 12+ weeks right through to your due date.

You'll find yoga a helpful and enjoyable and a great chance to meet other new mums-to-be.
