It is wonderful for preparing you for birth both physically and psychologically, and can support a more rapid post-natal recovery. Everyone is welcome Newcomers and beginners to yoga classes and experienced yoga practitioners are all very welcome to begin yoga classes from 12+ weeks right through to your due date.
