Home yoga practice

If you want to practice yoga at home, or you already do but could do with guidance, this is ideal. Let's build a great foundation with progressions built in. We craft easy-to-learn practices based on your interests and needs. Then with reviews and progressions your practice becomes a lifelong support, adapting to your as your stages of life change. Home practice can be as little as 15 minutes each day - little and often is the best way to get the most from regular practice.

Yoga therapy for health

There is always something you can do. We are specially trained in adapting and applying yoga carefully and safely to a wide range of health needs and conditions.  Home practice is set between sessions. We can also work in conjunction with other therapies or interventions to enhance your overall wellbeing.

FEES

£55 per session (1 hour)

£50 per hour for five lessons prepaid, £250 for 5 (use within 12 months)

We have a our 24-hour cancellation policy.
A 50% charge is applied to appointments not cancelled with sufficient notice.
