We aim to provide quality yoga classes, workshops and courses in a friendly, inclusive and supportive environment, and sincerely hope that you enjoy them and find them of real value. Please consider the following terms and conditions of service when you book classes, Class Passes, terms or need to cancel your class with us. Class bookings

• Thanks for booking yoga classes with Bristol YogaSpace. We will make every effort to provide timely, quality yoga classes and hope you enjoy them. Here are a few things you should bear in mind.
• We reserve the right to change our timetable as necessary, sometimes at the last minute which we will make every effort not to do but sometimes is unavoidable.
• We cannot offer refunds, sorry.
• Please arrive at least 5 mins before the scheduled start time, 10 mins is recommended to allow time to settle.
• If you have booked a place but have not arrived 5 minutes before the start time, we reserve the right to give your place to someone else.
• Late comers may not be able to join in unless the teacher agrees and there is space available.
• If you arrive late and your space is no longer available we cannot offer refunds and you will lose your place. We will offer a class credit to be used within 28 days of the late arrival. If you have booked through Move GB we cannot return your class credit to your Move GB account, you must contact them directly.
• If your place has not been given to another student then it is treated as a late cancellation (see below).
• Waiting list for classes are available via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.​​

Cancellations

• If you have booked through our online booking system directly - Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time online. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class start time, then you will lose your class credit.
• If you have booked through Move GB – you are subject to their cancellation policy, please check your membership details with them.​
• ​Sorry, no refunds.

Term Bookings

• Booking for the term gets you a space in the class each week for the dates of that term.
• Your space is subject to you arriving 5-minutes before the scheduled start time.
• If you are late you should contact the teacher and let them know that you will be arriving so that they can hold your space for you.
• If you need to miss a class, this must be arranged at least 2-hours in advance through your named teacher.
• You can swap up to two classes in any term for another class of the same value as long as it is arranged in advance.
• Your teacher will need to confirm with you that a space is available for you in the class you want to attend. This is subject to availability.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice that you won’t be attending the session so that your place can be offered to those on the waiting list.

Class Passes

• Class Passes are valid for the time specified in our online booking system.
• All passes and credits are to be used by the purchaser only, they cannot be shared.
• Class passes cannot be extended, please don’t ask.
• Class Passes purchased through our online booking system must be used and managed through our online booking system.
