​'Whispering breath', 'ocean breathing', or traditionally known as 'Ujjayi breath' (pronounced oo-jay-ee) is one of yoga's best kept secrets. A brilliant technique to use on its own or with your postures.

It slows, steadies and stabilises body, breath and mind. It provides a fuller, richer focus to your practice, unscrambles your brain, and de-stresses your nervous system. All within moments.
