Home practice is a great way to get yoga into your every life, even with just a short practice. It is different from a weekly class, usually much shorter and more gentle, but a brilliant addition and complement to your weekly session. You get to work with a familiar sequence, no need to change to a new practice every day. The joy of familiarity is part of the method, returning to  the same place and same poses to gain intimacy and deeper contact with yourself. It helps to keep you vital, refreshed, moving and breathing well, and connected to the quiet and calm that we gain where once a week may not be enough. 

The home practice challenge will be a few simple videos and supports to help get you started, keep you going, and bring yoga into your life daily.
