10 minutes, keep it short and simple and take the same practice for at least 7-days in a row before moving on. Do it for the whole 30 days too, get familiar, close your eyes and enjoy. Let's create the space, time and habit before overcomplicating it or making it longer. Don't overthink it, just do this every day. |
