Pregnancy yogaPeta’s yoga classes are suitable for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy up to and beyond 40 weeks. These friendly and informative classes are specifically designed to help you focus on your changing body and developing baby.
Yoga in pregnancy can help to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing and increase your chances of a positive birth experience, whilst being part of a supportive community. Peta has been practising yoga since her early 20s and found it was the perfect antidote to her work in the NHS. After the birth of her own children, she pursued her interest in antenatal education and facilitated antenatal classes for the National Childbirth Trust. After a few years it made sense to incorporate her enjoyment of yoga and she qualified as a Yoga for Pregnancy Practitioner. She has been teaching pregnancy yoga for over 10 years and since qualifying she has completed additional training with Birthlight and is a member of the Birth and Beyond Collective. She is passionate about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.

I did pregnancy yoga with Peta throughout my second and third trimester and couldn't recommend it enough. The positions, mindfulness and breathing techniques were really helpful throughout both the pregnancy and labour,
