Gladey is an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga, pregnancy and post natal yoga since 2009.
She is friendly and inspiring and her warm, welcoming classes encourage you to relax and work to a level that feels right for you that day. She teaches a flowing hatha yoga that she adapts to ensure you can make the most of your session. She encourages students to listen to their bodies and tune in to what is needed from the practice that she offers.
Pregnancy is a time of great change and yoga can offer support for all of the typical physical and mental issues that might arise during pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. Classes are friendly and informal with a lovely practice, revitalising and relaxing, to support your pregnancy and beyond.

Post Natal Yoga with Babies
Friendly classes offering post-natal women a class that is designed to support you while making your baby totally welcome. Tea and refreshments provided free afterwards.
