At Bristol YogaSpace all of the yoga teachers specialise in the therapeutic application of yoga. Health limitations can be accommodated as long as we know about them in advance and can make the time to work with you. Sometimes a group class isn't an ideal starting point and private lessons might be recommended initially. Or a quieter class where we can work with you more individually. This would help get you started with your practice and explore ways of moving and practicing that suit you.
