Itta is a warm, expertly trained Pilates teacher with over 10 years teaching experience.
She offers slow, contemporary Pilates classes to help you improve mobility, develop deep core support and establish good technique. Alleviate aches and postural imbalances, safely tone and strengthen your body, discover new ways of moving that will be more integrated and free.
Her gentle classes are suitable for everyone including beginners. She gives detailed instructions on breath, alignment and centre, and offers individual guidance within the group context. Re-educate your body one class at a time, learn to move with ease and efficiency in all aspects of your life. Itta's students value her friendly and caring approach and say they leave her class feeling "lighter, taller, more balanced, centred, calm and present.”
Training
Itta completed a 500+ hours Pilates mat work course with master teacher Suzanne Scott in 2014 and has been teaching the Pilates method to both groups and individuals ever since. To further her knowledge, she studies integrated movement approaches based on the body’s fascial network, such as the Madeline Black Method and Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains. She also has a background in dance and art and loves being creative.
