Training
Itta completed a 500+ hours Pilates mat work course with master teacher Suzanne Scott in 2014 and has been teaching the Pilates method to both groups and individuals ever since. To further her knowledge, she studies integrated movement approaches based on the body’s fascial network, such as the Madeline Black Method and Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains. She also has a background in dance and art and loves being creative.
