Passion and creativity keep our lives inspired. Many of us ask ourselves – What is my purpose? What makes me come alive? What do I want to do with my life?
Yoga can help guide us through the big questions and go deep into ourselves to find our own authentic answers.
In this workshop, we will use physical yoga practice, as well as meditation and other techniques, in order to gain more clarity around our purpose in life. We will also cultivate the inner strength, creativity and determination to make it happen.
Bringing your passion and purpose into your life does not mean you need to quit your job, move, or make any drastic changes. In fact, a gentle, gradual process of creating more truth and dedication in your life is more likely to be sustainable in the long term. When we step into our truth and begin to embody and live what we are truly meant to do in our lives, we experience a surge of vitality. We feel more alive and literally have more energy, simply because we allow ourselves to be who we really are.
This workshop will help you to discover or re-connect to your passion, to create clarity and direction, and inspire you to live your dreams.
Please bring a notebook and pen. All other equipment is available at the studio and refreshments will be provided mid-afternoon.
All welcome including complete beginners. Please wear comfortable clothes to allow you to sit and move comfortably.
"Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive."Howard Thurman
