A more gentle approach to yoga that is accommodating to everyone who attends whatever your ability or stage of life. This accessible 3-hour workshop will provide a space to reconnect with your body, breath and mind in an enjoyable afternoon. We will have time and space to experience and practice yoga in a supportive and friendly environment.
We will explore the core principles of yoga practice and work with some key yoga postures which will be modified for each individual to ensure they are suitable. You should leave the workshop feeling relaxed and refreshed, reconnected and hopefully inspired to practice at home or in a suitable group class setting. .
It will be a friendly and informal workshop where all abilities, levels of fitness and experience are welcome from those who have never tried yoga before to those who have attended group classes but are curious to explore further. There will be breaks and refreshments provided, plus a chance to ask questions. There will also be handouts of yoga practice techniques that you can take home and try. Wear loose comfortable clothing, all equipment is provided.
Suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness including complete beginners.
