With Clara Lemon Sunday 21st October 2018 Spaces, please book.
We often rush through our day and even rush through our yoga practice without noticing much along the way and missing the richness of what we are doing. We can get swept up in our hectic lives and find it difficult to switch gears.
Learning how to slow down not only helps to bring greater stability and strength to your body and mind but it allows for time to understand and enjoy some of the subtleties of our lives.
Discover the art of practicing yoga with slow vinyasas and flowing postures, slow breath and slow intention. Develop strength and stability in your body, breath and mind. The workshop will introduce you or support you to revisit ways of ‘being’ through yoga rather than simply ‘doing’ yoga.
There will also be handouts for home practice and refreshments during the afternoon along with time for discussion. Suitable for everyone including beginners.
Previous workshops feedback "I haven't felt this way in a long time. Thank you and will try to keep it up at home!" "A wonderful workshop, thank you." "Thank you - a fantastic first experience of yoga. It has far exceeded my expectations." "Really enjoyed it, it was just what I needed, thanks. You have a wonderful teaching style" "The teaching was extremely good, clear, calm and easy to follow."
