Explore and reconnect with your vital energy through yoga practice. Modern life often leaves us feeling fatigued, exhausted and depleted. Or at the other end of the scale, agitated and feeling hectic. We’ll explore how we can apply yoga practice to adjust and rebalance our vital energy, to help you develop a stable body and mind and reconnect with yourself.
This 3-hour workshop uses yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation techniques and discussion to help understand, rebalance and release your vital energy. Handouts on yoga for energy including a short home-practice suggestion will be provided along with refreshments during the afternoon.
All welcome including complete beginners. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily.
