This workshop is a welcoming space to practice postures, breathing and focusing techniques that aid in relaxing and calming the mind and body. We will explore selected postures, discover several breathing techniques and experience a greater sense of relaxation. There will also be an extended guided relaxation session and moments of stillness to enjoy. There will be space for discussion and questions during the workshop.
